I’m more into digital death acceptance and bitrot/decay enthusiasm myself.

I'd probably be one of the preppers. I usually call it data hoarding, derived from the poor bastards on TV who is disgustingly violated having all their stuff thrown away by people who then celebrate the accomplishment.
